302 Main Street

The new multipurpose office building at 302 Main Street in Cedar Falls, Iowa, brought modern materials to a historic area with the installation of the EN-V A80 metal wall panel system from Dri-Design. SGH Concepts, Urbandale, Iowa, installed 2,434 square feet in Charcoal Gray and Freshwater.

“The goal was to blend the new modern designs of adjacent buildings with the old historic architecture of downtown Cedar Falls. This project would also set the city’s new design standards moving forward for the historic downtown district,” says Ted Friesner, project manager with Cedar Falls-based Emergent Architecture, the architect for the building at 302 Main Street.
